Their online sales are actually resellers and Leroy Merlin refuses to accept any responsibility for what happens with these resellers. They don't deliver what was promised and just disappear with your money. Absolutely disgusting service and nothing like their in-store experience. AVOID at all costs if you don't want to be ****med.
