Thanks Leroy Merlin for adressing my problem

Today after show many struggles and calls I received a call from an agent at Leroy Merlin name Phakamisa Manyathi. He spoke to me in a good manner, apoligized again and then informe me that he had sent me proof of the refund. For that i just want to thank him.
