Thank you Isaac from Leroy Merlin Fourways Click and Collect

Great service deserves a mention. I placed an order for Click and Collect on the Leroy website for collection at the Fourways branch. I subsequently received a call Isaac from Fourways to inform me that the order is ready. He also offered to follow up on another order for me which was placed at the LittlleFalls branch. I later phoned him again to ask whether I could change it to delivery and he promptly phoned see back with the delivery date and cost. Most service staff would have grumbled but although it was clear that Isaac was very busy he was friendly, professional and helpful. I did go and collect the order and again Isaac was in hand to make sure all was well. Thanks Isaac, you made it Click and Collect as easy as it should be.
