Terrible Service - Should Close Their Business

I’ve now had two terrible experiences with Leroy Merlin South Africa, and honestly, I can’t believe they’re still in business. This is the second time I’ve placed an order, and once again, I had to call multiple times just to follow up on a delivery that never showed up on time. It’s incredibly frustrating. The operators I spoke to were completely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about my issue at all. It’s like they’re going through the motions without any real customer service skills.

If Leroy Merlin South Africa can’t even manage to deliver on simple orders, they should just shut down the store. I’ll never be ordering from them again. Highly disappointed.
