terrible service leroy merlin little falls

good day very disappointed client i have ordered on the 15.11.2024 invoice no 358747 ,i have purchased inhouse and had the same experience more than once on invoice 358747 this delivery was supposed to be delivered on the 20th of November which was not met ,on the invoice i was charged delivery charges ,but i had to come in to collect the items ...a shower screen was not given to us due to the fact that is was fragile and was to be delivered by a courier company which to date i have still not received spoke to ENOS dispatch manager and several employees at leroy merlin still no luck KINDLY ASSIST YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR leroy merlin little falls store is the worst
