Terrible service from Leroy Merlin, an international supplier who should know better.

I have been left hanging by Leroy Merlin. I bought R7500 worth of paint on 23 April 2024. On 25 April at 3:30pm I received a call from from the courier company to say that they are not delivering my paint because its too late to route to my house to deliver the paint, the driver was damn rude. On 26 April I received an SMS to notify me that the delivery was made. This was not the case as no delivery had been made. Since then, I have been on the emails with Asanda Somhlahlo (Leroy Merlin South Africa),Sharconia Seapose (Leroy Merlin South Africa) and Ntombi from the call centre and they cannot tell me when I will receive the paint. I have contractors at home unable to work because I do not have the paint I ordered. Today is 29 April, its 3:30pm and I am sure I wont be getting the paint today either. I will just leave a terrible review every day until I get my paint. Terrible service from Leroy Merlin, an international supplier who should know better. Don't buy from Leroy Merlin, Builders Warehouse is very very quick and efficient - delivery within 24 hrs always.
