Terrible service from Leroy merlin

Terrible service. We bought aluminum windows from the Leroy merlin greenstone. We were promised to get the glazing certificate from Leroy merlin who was going to obtain it from the supplier. I have called their call center numerous times. I have several reference numbers from them on email. They just so useless. Very unhelpful and have a don't care attitude.
