Terrible service

Terrible service. I had lreafy chosen my tiles and all I wanted was assistance with a quote so that I could pay. I wandered around and asked 3 people for help. One called another to help me, that person called only came to tell me he was on lunch and that he would send someone else to assist (who never showed up), and the manager who I had wanted to ask for assistance after 40 minutes of was busy assisting someone else. I was going to spend around R100 000 at that store, but ended up only getting the tiles that I really really wanted, because I realized that they clearly did not want my business. To be fair, when the manager finally assisted me he was very helpful. However, my purchase was only delivered after I contacted the manager again a day after my order was supposed to have arrived. Clearly the store is wayyy too big to care about service delivery. Not worry, though. I went and spent the rest of my money at their competitor (which rendered excellent service to me) and ended up getting much nicer tiles, baths, etc than I was planning to get from Leroy Merlin. Thus, it was a win for me...
