Terrible service delivery
Terrible service delivery. I placed two orders an item on the 30th November - to be delivered on the 7th December and on the 29th November to be delivered on the 4th December.
The item to be delivered on the 4th December (today) seems to have not even left the warehouse. The item to be delivered on the 7th December was cancelled without my knowledge- even though the haven’t refunded me the amount paid. I have spent 2 hours waiting for their call centre to answer with no luck.
