Terrible service

I regret placing order with this store. Their service is very poor. I received an incorrect item. I notified them immediately; it was a hassle to get them to come collect the item. After fetching the item, they never acknowledged receipt of it. Today marks a full month since I have been waiting on them to deliver my order. Every time I call, they put me on hold for longest time only to tell me they cannot get hold of the right department and they will come back to me of with they never. THIER SERVICE IS BAD VALUE FOR MONEY. NEVER ORDER WITH THEM EVER AGAIN.
