Terrible Service!!!!

I placed an order on-line and everything was going well until I received my order, it was incomplete, 1 critical piece was missing, I e-mailed them response was good, I received the order a 2nd time and same thing happened the same piece I needed was missing, the Supply Chain Manager is supposed to contact me I am still waiting!!! (By the way the Supplier is Elaine's Bird Feeders) Terrible Service!!!!!!!
