TERRIBLE SEEVICE!

What absolutely pathetic service from Leroy Merlin! We ordered geysers from them a MONTH ago, yet no delivery yet. I have contacted them on numerous occasions, no response as to the delay. I have spoken to the call centre and they have emailed and phoned the Supply Chain Manager FOUR times - No response or communication whatsoever. We are left completely uninformed of the status of our order!

We have two houses in the last phases before finish, the plumbers and everyone is on site, we’re paying them thousands of rands per day and they can’t finish becausE of the delay and utter incompetence of Leroy Merlin! I am beyond angry and will never use them again!

I will escalate this as high as possible!
