Terrible Online Service

I placed an order online and received an sms that it was coming 5 days ago but I still haven’t received it

I call Leroy Merlin to follow up but they said they will contact the Logistics Company (Value Added Logistics) Leroy Merlin never called me back and so I had to call them again They still didn’t have feedback

I finally got an email that my delivery was coming through but it didn’t still

I am never ordering from Leroy Merlin They have no appreciation for their customers and they’re Logistics company has a poor service
