Terrible online purchase!

Ordered a jojo tank on the 1 November 2026, it said 2-5 days delivery. We still seeing processing online. We call the call center and they say it will only be delivered on the 14th November which is 2 weeks! Absolutely ridiculous I should have rather ordered from builders warehouse, but I took a chance first time with Leroy Merlin, never again! The call centre bot says 6 November and then the agent at the call centre says 16 November.
