Terrible online ordering system

Thier online system showing stock and communication after you order is useless. They send emails telling you your item has been packed and is awaiting courier collection for delivery, only to call you a day later to tell you that store doesn't actually even have stock and your order has t be fullfilled by another store. And now almost a week later I'm still waiting for my order. And thier online website still shows the original store that the order was made from still has 3 of these items in stock - then why do they tell me they have no stock of it?
