Terrible

Good day I have requested to update the shipping address 3 times on this order It has not been updated and I have received no feedback. I have even canceled the order and still no feedback Now I see the order is shipped to the wrong address.

The call centre agent advised that the order was canceled. Hence I reordered to the correct address.

Can someone please fix this. I need my refund and I need it shipped to the correct address Terrible customer service No response from ***

No email or reference number from call centre agents.
