TERRIBLE AND ********* SERVICE!!!

ORDER NO: ***- A On the 4th December I bought 2 items online from LEROY MERLIN. On the 6th/12 I received an email that due to an error on their side one of the items has been canceled. I have been liaising with Musa Manganyi and todate, I have not received my refund. The second item was delivered by their supplier LASA AFRICA however it was too small. I have been liaising with Thando Kotelo after I tried to return to their Fourways Branch but unfortunately all my correspondence is being ignored.

I have never experienced such TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!Not only is it TERRIBLE it is also *********. I do not recommend you buy from them especially online.
