Terrible after sales service & tracking

I ordered a aluminium door. 1. No where in the details was it specified that the door has to be assembled. 2. From the moment the transaction was processed I could not track the order. I contact them via the suggested email address to which they responded with a tracking number and name of company. I email again because I cant find a link but they only send a screenshot of the google search. Again I email requesting a link. Only for the link not to work whatsoever. Since then numerous emails to which I get a response that they will follow up and revert back. And still nothing. Now not only did the door not arrive as per the delivery schedule on the checkout page. I am still waiting on an update from them
