Takes your money - cancells your order
Order # *** -20213 - Placed the order on the 13th March - Delivery due by 16th March - Did a follow up mail to Leroy merlin and got the following response "Your order was only picked up today handed over to our courier" from Lesiah Masimong - Today I went on the Leroy Merlin Web site - "Your order has been canceled" Not a single call or anything from Leroy Merlin. This again, is poor serivce levels that does not seem to get any better at all.
