Substandard products and service

I ordered a laminated Saligna table top from them. The delivery time is 2 weeks and it is not cheap. The website describes the product finish as smooth. When it eventually arrived unannounced (they use fly by night couriers) it was no better than firewood. The 'smooth' top lamination looks like it was done by a primary school child and both sides are full of holes where wood knots were ripped out. Expensive lesson but I won't use them ever again.
