What a joke, bring a international company into South Africa but maintain the ****ty South african service levels. I ordered a item online yesterday for close to R10000.00 paid for it immediately as requested showed all good stock available etc. Order being processed called Leroy Merlin today to make sure order ready for collection only to be told sorry there is no stock and no one can tell me why the system allowed the order to go through or where my money is or the actual item. So if you are looking to throw money away just use Leroy Merlin they are guaranteed to take your money earn interest on it but cannot provide products.
