STILL waiting for my refund!
I have been waiting for a refund on an order I cancelled (they had no stock) since 16 March 2020. I phoned 4 times today (once holding on for 15 minutes) and left 2 requests to phone me back. Needless to say, I've had no feedback, no e-mails and no calls from their side!
