Still waiting for my order

Im very unhappy they way I have been treated by the company. I purchased a double bed matress and the send me a confirmation that my order will be here on see below doment for company

"Our next vehicle for KZN will leave JHB on the 25th of September to deliver between the 26th and 27th of September 2024"

Yet everytime I ask what is happening I get this response: "Please note that i have re-escalated your deliv ery request to get a date of delivery . We do ap;ologize for the delay caused "

I paid R800 for delivery fees and I feel they must pay back my money in this regard. I will not order anything via this company again
