Still waiting 3 weeks later for goods ordered online.

I should have read the reviews on HelloPeter before ordering, but I will only make the mistake once of buying from this company. My online order was done on 7 October and I have not received my goods on 28 October. This company should simply not deal with online orders at all. Their excuse was that one of the items ( a plank) was not in stock. Still it takes them a further week (or maybe 3?) to process the order after my complaint.
