STILL no response after last post - shameful!!!

They respond here saying they will call you. Nearly 40 emails and a month's airtime used to try and call them and still have not found anyone to assist. Items paid for not delivered correctly, installation paid for that apparently it is no-one's responsibility to do???? Used to do all my shopping there, New kitchen, new bathroom, and household needs. Now I will NEVER put foot in that shop again and am spreading the word on social media with snips of their response.
