Still awaiting credit!
Still awaiting credit! Reached out to Leroy Merlin via email, calls and WA services - this matter is still not resolved or attended to.
Order was placed on the 11/11/2022 - amount deducted from account R2799.00
Order was NOT delivered, order cancelled and STILL awaiting a response and progress of my refund. Unacceptable, this is theft... I await an urgent response regarding this matter. I expect a full credit ASAP. As the clock is ticking with interest. why am I not being attended to or getting my money back?
