Stick to in-store shopping

A very *********** bunch of people when it comes to e-commerce. I could not cancel an order online that was not yet shipped, so I phoned was told they will cancel it for me, no problem. That order now shows as being delivered (which it was not). A second order arrived with one of the 5 items I ordered with an invoice for everything. Now the nightmare and patience while they investigate. One rarely faces these problems with other online retailers nowadays. Disappointed and frustrated. Unfortunately, their rating here is justified.
