Stay away from their online store

My situation started by purchasing an electricity monitoring system via Leroy Merlin's online shop. Item added to cart, checkout procedure completed and off the payment went. Usually you would receive the order number within a few minutes per email and it would display on screen as well. Not in this case, so I give it a day or two and still nothing. I then call and after waiting ages I am put through to an agent whom confirmed there is issues with their online system and that the order didn't generate. I had to then proof that this payment was mine etc. I send through all the evidence and confirm the product. She creates an order for me, great! Two weeks go by with no new updates, again I phone waiting ages to get through only to be told on the day of phoning that the order was only placed that morning.... then again a week goes by I phone again still same story of order only being placed that morning. Very suspicious. Later that day I get a phone call to say that there is no stock, I told the agent to then process a refund since clearly their technical hiccups allowed me to pay for an item that is in stock. Anyway this item eventually arrives at my place only to be the incorrect kit. Again on the lengthy wait to talk to an agent and I straight away ask for a refund and that they can come pick up the item still sealed. I hear nothing from then except for an email saying they will get back to me in 48 hours. Then one Saturday late morning I receive a call saying a guy is outside my gate to collect the package, I told the agent well good luck cause I am away for the weekend and why they did not arrange this beforehand, I told him I am there in the week and he said the courier would be back then. I still yet have the courier to come pick up the item, I still do not have my refund and I still have many open calls unanswered with them. No I do not want to waste more time on your call centre for no action to be taken. Really is the worst experience for online service.
