Stay away from Leroy Merlin!

Ordered a cabinet for delivery but they tried to deliver a toolbox. I had planned for installation a day later so asked them to express overnight which they agreed to and informed me that delivery would take place. The goods didn't arrive. The following week I was told they had no stock and they would refund me in 3 working days. A week later they've only just processed the refund and now say it'll take 7-10 working days to reflect. It's absolutely pathetic.

I always wished for a Leroy Merlin South Africa in Cape Town. Now I'm thankful they're not here and will continue to rely on BRIGHTS HARDWARE and Builders.

I should have looked here first before buying from them. Wouldn't have touched them with a 10ft pole, not that they'd be able to supply a 10ft anything.
