STAFF NOT DOING THIER JOB

I bought 9 boxes of adding in April at the Green Stone Branch . My building was only completed last week so we discovered we will need more cladding as the work was to start yesterday which it did. On Thursday the 24th of August I went into the store and there was 1 box left so I asked the consultant Obeleng to check stock for me. I was even prepared to drive to any stores that had stock. He told me there was nothing.I then asked him to call his manager. I waited 10mins for a manager to arrive who then tells me with attitude if he (Obeleng) checked and there's nothing then there's nothing. He didn't even bother to ask the item or check when stock is arriving.. Just nothing. The manager just said that I must wait until the shipment arrives in the next few months. I was highly disappointed and started to search since last Thursday for similar stock elsewhere. Nothing was a close match. Yesterday the guys were finishing up the cladding so I went online and started searching again. And imagine my shock when I see Le roy has 42 boxes in stock and 2 boxes in Boksburg... Needless to say I called the branch early this morning and was put through to Christine the store manager who instead of prioritizing my issue. Spent time in a lengthy meeting with Obaleng as to how the stock appeared suddenly. Then I finally got a hold of her to which she said she needs to go to another meeting but she is waiting for the logistics manager to let her know when it will be delivered to the store and that Obaleng will inform me. When I carried him he was clueless and said there might not be stock and yet At 9am the stock was confirm in the warehouse by Christine. I made numerous calls and finally at 12.30pm they said the cladding arrived and I went to fetch it. Last night online the price was R419(I paid R419 instore as well ) and the delivery R350 and it was to only be delivered on Friday, this morning the price changed to R588 per box. I refused to pay that amount and Christine agreed it was only fair that I pay R419.... Now that the builders have started they see that another 2 boxes are needed due to all the cutting. Now your branch refuses to allow me get those 2 boxes from your warehouse like they did it today.. I would not be in this situation had the staff person Obaleng checked stock properly last week . I would have then ordered in store to have the stock delivered there and I would have collected or alternatively bought the stock online at once and not have had to waste my fuel driving 3 times to Le Roy Merlin Greenstone and I would have paid the normal price of R419. I really need those 2 boxes of cladding before they too are sold....

The price went up literally midnight last night and no I cannot pay R350 to deliver to me and neither can I wait for the delivery. I urgently need this stock. Please get some1 from your head office to contact me.
