SPLIT ORDER NOT DELIVERED!

Absolutely speechless at the level of confusion and unprofessionalism I have experienced dealing with this company. I made an online order on the 4th of September and almost two weeks later, my order hasn't been delivered in full. Parts of it are STILL missing! I've been calling religiously for a week now to follow up on my order and I am always told that it's with the couriers. I have not received an email confirming this or even providing me with a tracking number for my parcel. NOTHING. AFTER 2 WEEKS!! I want a refund and caution anyone planning to from this company. This is PATHETIC!
