So dissapointing

I have ordered folding doors and was promised delivery on the 10th of July only to find out that they did not add delivery to the order. I have made the extra payment on the 9th and was informed that the doors was still not ready. I phoned again on the 13th and was promised that all was on track. They then promised that the doors will be delivered to the store on 14 July 2020 and to me on the 16th. I phoned today to confirm, after holding on for many minutes I was cut off and when I phoned again I was again place on hold, Just to be informed thar somebody will phone me back. Up to now, nothing. I have people lined up to do the installation but Leroy Merlin is really letting me down.

Can you sort this mess out and please inform me when this doors will be ready for delivery.

The staff is really dragging a good concept down.
