Slinding door

I placed a order and was promise to be deliver in 2weeks. After 2weeks took another 2weeks to deliver because of no stock. Receive order one of the sliding doors frames was incorrect. Phoned and was told this will be sorted out for me. Almost 2 and a half weeks and still no feedback or anyone to helpme resolve the issue. Worat service ever.
