Slidung door frame not the correct frame for the door and Door frame incorrect one from what was ordered.

Good day - This is my 2nd bad online experience with Leroy Merlin .I ordeed a 2.4 aluminium bronze sliding door in January 2026.The door was delivered and on the 20/02 the door was installed.I was not home at the time of the installarion and when I got home the builder showed me that after he installed the door he noticed the one frame of the door was bronze aluminium and the other frame where the lock should come was black and because the frame is not the correct one for the door the door latcj does not fit in where its suppoosed to fit i. ..Last year I also ordered a door frame for my bathroom and after instalarion the builder also told me it was the incorrect frame ..Both these items have been fitted already .And now I am sitting with this issue .Iam highly disgusted with the poor workmanship..I have ordered alot of things before and I never had this issue .This is the 2nd bad experience Iam having .
