We ordered 89 Meta Office Chairs and we were not happy with the quality of the chairs it was just not acceptable there is no sponge to support your bum and your back, there is rust on the steel, the welding is not fine, the covers are falling off their locking is showing its just not neat compared to what we saw on their website.

They never came back to us about the complaint, we sent an email with the pictures. Their service is just poor maan when you call them they hang up or make you hold for a very long time for you to just give up and they never bother to call you back plus their staff is rude!

They delivered shame but the chairs are just not giving!

Apparently they have 3rd parties involved in their business so i think their 3rd party ****ed up and that has nothing to do with me its their problem to fix.

We first ordered 1 chair for a sample and i looked okey then we ordered the rest and they did us dirty!

And now they removed the chair from their online shop you wont find it there but they haven’t resolved this matter with us.
