Simply Pathetic

Use chamberlains, Builders, cash build. Even your local hardware rather than Leroy Merlin. The first time i was there i loved it, the staff was friendly and the service was so smooth. My next 5 visits were a nightmare. I looked at their online store for some wood, it said they had stock at the one closest to me, i went there and they didn't have and the staff didn't bother to even check on the online store as i suggested, instead they made me look like the idiot saying i should have checked, then they told me i looked at the wrong thing online, when i wanted to prove to them they just past it off and seen to another customer. Another time I ordered a gas tank and spray paint before SA went in to lockdown. The online store said i could go pick up. When i went, they made me wait for 2 hours before telling me sorry please come back the next day. I did so; this time i kid you not i waited another 4 hours and guess what, they still didnt have my tank. Once lock down was lifted they said they were ready with my order, so yes it was months after that they had my order. I ordered a Mega master gas tank, but when i got there they gave me a scratched and dented easygas gas tank. Telling me oh but its sealed look! I did NOT order an easygas gas tank nor did i ask for them to fill it. But they thought they doing me a favor by giving me a full tank of gas with a **** tank. I told them to keep it because its false advertising. A few days ago i got a notification; someone asking whether or not the mega master comes with gas filled. It's a brand new unused tank so obviously it wont have gas in, which i went to respond to this possible client. I also warned the client to just be careful as Leroy Merlin will end up selling an old used tank; yes they will have gas but it wont be the product they were purchasing. Tonight, i get a notification saying my response was declined as they reviewed my response and don't like putting FACTUAL advice to their customers just because they painted in a bad light. So firstly they give **** service then the censor out peoples honest reviews. Well, try censoring a review on HelloPeter. Useless hardware store and shady practices. If you have any other choices of hardware stores use it, don't go to Leroy Merlin.
