Simphiwe Mhlakaza @ Leroy Merlin Fourways saved my customer experience!

I would like to commend Leroy Merlin Fourways on their good customer service. A special mention goes to Simphiwe Mhlakaza one of the employees who assisted me and saved the day! After ordering tiles I had an hours wait at collection and I was very frustrated with the wait. He explained that it was due to the tiles being packed right at the end and the pickers needed time to find the exact item. I told him I was leaving and could unfortunately not wait any longer. He arranged for me to pick up the tiles in the morning at 7am and have them waiting at the door of collections. This was the first of many purchases at this particular store because of how this young man conducted the whole process. Yes I was initially really irritated but it was the manner in which he resolved it that made me come back as a customer!
