Shops showed they have stock, they didn't, no refund received yet

Ordered a bathroom basin cabinet from there online store and it showed they had 50 in stock. Get an email the following day saying they dont have stock and will not be getting that item in again, so best we cancel the order and they will refund me. Two weeks later and I have still not received my refund, they keep saying say the refund has been processed but still have not received anything. On their website that item still shows in stock, so they haven't even updated that, so could happen to someone else.
