Shocking Sevice from Leror Merlin

I was at your greenstone store last Wednesday the 8th July 2020. I waited for almost 3 hours to get 2 pieces of wood cut. I eventually got your invoice and paid and asked for delivery the followig day (Thursday) or Friday. I was told it couldonly be delivered on Monday. Today in spite of calling 3 times and being put on hold for over 10 mins i still dont have my wood. I have contractors waiting to work which im paying for. Please assist asap. Service is shocking...
