Shocking service from Leroy Merlin Little Falls!!!

As a regular customer of Leroy Merlin, Liitle Falls, the service has been mostly outstanding. I was however appalled by the level of service(lack of) rendered by one of the customer representatives( Katlego Dibakwane)... I approached her for assistance with a product and she rudely walked away because she was clearly "busy" pushing trolleys. As i found this behaviour to not be consistent with the values of Leroy Merlin, i approached her to make her aware of how displeased i was with her conduct. In her response to me, she tells me there were others who could've assisted! I informed her that was not the point, i approached her since she was the one closer. Instead of apologising, my displeasure was not acknowledged and she saw nothing wrong with her conduct! I appreciate the department managers who dealt with my issue and shockingly, they had to apologise on her behalf because she saw nothing wrong with her conduct! If Leroy Merlin continues to employ individuals with this level of arrogance and attitude, there will be very few customers left to support this brand!
