Shocking service from Leroy Merlin

Have had an order in at Leroy Merlin since the 25th Nov 2023, received a mail on the 25th saying that the order had been collected by their delivery partners. 4th December 2023 mailed to track as when I tried to track on the website the order shows as "cleared" and on its way and would be delivered on Sun 3rd Dec, which I have still not received. Out of desperation called the client care on theee occasions note, to be told that "everyone must be busy with packing" as no one is answering calls in their despatch but would call me back to give me feedback: Still waiting, called again and spoke to a Manager at the Strunensballey breach, do promised to call back and hasn’t.

Cannot believe that this is the type of service received from Leroy Merlin. Now trying to get my money back…let’s see how long that takes.
