SHOCKING SERVICE and INFERIOR QUALITY PRODUCTS !!!!!!!!

I have never been more dispointed with service from anyone. I needed a small 3m tape measure, which I purchased. I did not really expect much as it was a R30 tape measure. On ariving home I dicovered that the bit at the end was missing and it was unusable. I took the slip to return it today and was told that the tape measure was on the slip was different (same price different brand). Why this was the case I cannot say, as I only bought one tape measure. However, based on this they would not refund. I spoke to a gent from the department who went to speak to the manager who told the staff member to tell me that they would not refund dispite the fact that it was clearly brand new. I asked if I could at least swap it (which I did not really want as it is obviously cheap junk) and was told by the staff member that he had already asked the manager and that this was not an option either. SHOCKING SERVICE and INFERIOR QUALITY PRODUCTS !!!!!!!! I will not be making any further purchases from them is at all possible.
