Shocking service
After a colleague received a battery he ordered, in 36 hours, I placed and order on 26 November for 2 of the batteries. When they didn't arrive in 4 days, I called and received an email: they will be delivered on 3 December. I have called them EIGHT times to be told I would be called back. NOT ONCE have they returned a call and I still don't know when I will receive my goods. NEVER again
