Shocking service
I ordered online AND paid for two sliding doors on the 26th of November - delivery date was confirmed as 17 December. No delivery was received and absolutely NO communication from Leroy. I have tried numerous times in vain to phone and get feedback - you mostly just get put on hold and forgotten about. The next response is they are waiting for IT (???), but they are mostly on leave now, so they don't know where my order is. What an absolute joke this customer service centre is!!! Wish I had read these bad reviews before buying from them!!!!!
