Shocking service

I prepaid for mosaic tiles a month ago under the name supreme pools. Now you are being a store that provides contractors regularly, you know that we have deadlines to hit. your Fourways store is pathetic to say the least with regards to any client service or responsibility.

We had prebooked these mosaics which were then sold, and then told they would make an arrangement for another 40+ sheets for us, my driver then arrives there this morning to collect the 40+ sheets and he is only given 4 sheets.

I have a deadline to have this pool completed by Wednesday next week.

so we have 2 options:

1. You arrange the balance of the mosaics to be collected by Tuesday. 2. You refund the balance of my moneys as not all stock has been provided.

I hope this matter is resolved timeously.
