Shocking e-commerce experience. Do not buy from Leroy Merlin.

Recently purchased vacuum cleaner bags from the online store. They have two different models of bags listed as the same product so now I have received the incorrect bags. 10 days later I cannot get them to collect the incorrect product and give me a refund. Totally useless, *********** and no idea on how to be successful in the modern world of online shipping.
