Shame on you Leroy Merlin x 2
I had a complaint regarding a refund, and the next day Leroy Merlin rep**** with many empty promises about my refund. I am still waiting for my money to be paid into my account - no surprises here - the person who dealt with my complaint could not spell or put a proper sentence together to ask for my bank verification letter. What a total disgrace and disapointment.
