Shame on you Leroy Merlin South Africa

I did a online perchance of a Saftidor security gate ref A 1500x2150mm white xpanda. 1) After taking my payment they deleted my online order. 2) They don't respond to emails! 3) After calling them they put the order in manual, without the dimensions. 4) ref A 840x2000mm white xpanda arrived at my home. 5) Leroy Merlin South Africa deleted the item I perchance from there website. 6) After non responsive email I had to phone them again. 6) They are now looking into this matter for 4 days! Without any response!
