Service gone to the dogs

The service of the little falls branch has gone to the dogs. Cannot get anyone to help. Pefecf example today I purchase and pay at the contractors area then the guard won't let me out with the basket trolley. He wants me to carry the 20L to the car. Doesn't offer to get me a trolley and gets aggressive when I say I need to walk to the car. Takes me screaming and shouting and causing a sceen. I thought builders warehouse were bad. These guys are at same level..... Absolutely useless. I suggest the head office contacts me to resolve this!!!
