Service delivery complaint
Their sales service was very good but their delivery and call back service is very very poor. You cant say that there is a service. I will not recommend their service to anyone. We were promised a delivery monday or tuesday, but after a lot of calls we only got a delivery late on wednesday. On top of it all the bath that was delivered were damaged. We request an exchange and they would have called us back and we still havent heard from them today. I called 9h00 this morning and still no feedbaxk aa yet for when the damaged bath will be exvhanged.
